Your Role in Our Care Team
- Assist in delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, with respect and dignity for our residents.
- Safely assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Monitor residents' health, including taking vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Contribute to the development and updating of residents' care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered.
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.
