Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other teams to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote socialization and community involvement.
  • Assist with fundraising initiatives and budgeting for activities, materials, and outings.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being.
