An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Experience Department to undertake BSL interpretation work for patients and staff, in addition to supporting wider NHS Fife with accessibility for Deaf BSL users and their families.

This role requires effective management of a busy workload, adaptability to changing priorities and demands, and excellent communication skills. You must also have strong understanding of confidentiality, ability to liaise at all levels, and administrative, customer service, and organisational skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel across all of Fife and work alongside a well-established knowledgeable team to ensure compliance with relevant acts and promote equalities across NHS Fife.

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.

Estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
