We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Flexible Workspace Manager to join our team at Inside Avenue Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the member experience at our Hackney location.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the workspace building is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Delegate to and manage the performance of contractors and staff to ensure high standards are met.
- Work with maintenance, IT, and electrical teams on reactive and long-term projects to enhance the workspace member experience.
- Propose improvement plans and costs based on member feedback and regular building walks.
- Implement systems and processes to improve company operations and lead in training.
- Use data to produce and track KPIs for your team, including renewal rate, member feedback, complaint frequency, and response times.
- Encourage accountability among the wider team to ensure high standards are met.
- Take a creative and meticulous approach to ensuring all resident touch points are considered.
- Build strong relationships with on-site retail, wellness, food, and beverage residents.
- Lead on overall workspace member culture, facilitating connection and collaboration.
