Job Overview

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and support to patients with a range of conditions and needs
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management
