Kent PLC seeks a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to spearhead asset integrity initiatives in the North Sea region and globally.

As Principal Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead discipline-focused tasks, collaborate with technical colleagues and client representatives to deliver high-quality work on time, meeting internal and external client deadlines. Your technical expertise will support bids and provide front-line support for client requests and issues.

You will develop and train staff in relevant discipline areas, ensuring they meet industry standards. To succeed, you must have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, chartered status (or working towards) with an Engineering Institution, and proven experience in mechanical engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of industry systems and documentation, including the Integrity Cycle, asset health studies, workpack development, and risk-based inspection strategies. Familiarity with industry codes and standards, inspection techniques, and relevant documentation is also essential.

A successful Lead Asset Integrity Specialist will maintain Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality standards while contributing to a diverse and inclusive community.

In return, Kent PLC offers a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and employee networks. This role is based in Aberdeen, supporting clients in the North Sea region and globally.
