Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Registry Support Consultant to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our Registries Support Team, you will be responsible for providing domain and application support to medical device suppliers of our Health Registry services.

In this position, you will be required to engage with medical device suppliers to support follow-up of device-related queries, complete key system administration tasks, and provide domain and application support. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our medical device suppliers' registry requirements are met.

You will also be expected to identify and drive Registry service improvements through innovation, documentation, and learning resources. Additionally, you will participate in user acceptance testing of registry applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all device-related service requests assigned to the Registry support queue, through to closure.
  • Resolution of requests is likely to require investigation, analysis, troubleshooting, and liaison with other teams.
  • Ensure the Incident Management system is managed and updated correctly, and service SLAs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the healthcare industry, including medical devices.
  • Knowledge of GDPR/data protection rules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 or experience running small projects.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include private medical cover, 25 days paid holiday, and a group pension plan with employer contributions.
