Quantity Surveying Expert

We seek a highly skilled Cost Estimator and Contract Negotiator to join our construction team in the UK. This role demands strong expertise in cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare financial reports throughout project lifecycles.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- RICS membership is desirable.
- UK driver's license required.
Remuneration:
- £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on experience.
