Job Description:
We are seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying, contract management, and project coordination. You will be responsible for preparing estimates, tender documents, and managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, tender documents, and manage contracts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Chartered status or equivalent in quantity surveying
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications
