About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Coordinator to join our team at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited. As a key member of our Insights and Impact Department, you will play a crucial role in collecting, coordinating, and analyzing data to help tell the story of our Foundation's impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Insights and Impact Manager or Department Manager and the broader LFC Foundation team to support the development and implementation of I&I plans.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues to establish reporting needs and deliver insightful and accurate information.
  • Collect, compile, and cleanse data, both quantitative and qualitative, solving any problems that arise.
  • Input/migrate data onto different systems where needed.
  • Support the organization by maintaining and developing dashboards and reports for analysis.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Draw conclusions and recommend an appropriate response, offering guidance and/or interpretation to aid understanding of the data.
  • Complete regular and ad hoc audits when required.
  • Support staff training and skill development on digital processes, systems, analysis of data, and report writing.
  • Summarize and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders, making recommendations and implementing new practices.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to different management or leadership teams.
  • Ensure data is appropriately stored and archived, in line with relevant legislation and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis roles or research environments.
  • Experience using MS Excel and other MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent data input accuracy.
  • Experience in training and upskilling others.
  • Strong team working and project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to communicate and build a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data collection techniques and analysis systems.
  • Sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative data and subsequent report writing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of LFC Foundation and its parent company, Liverpool Football Club, including an understanding of safeguarding.
