About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for uncovering key insights, correlations, and trends in our data. You will work closely with our team members and engage with stakeholders to support our business goals, providing valuable input that guides operational decisions at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data from various internal and external sources to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Improve and streamline our reporting systems, suggesting enhancements as needed to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manipulate data, including tasks like cleaning, merging, and deduplication, to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to stakeholders to inform marketing strategies and drive business performance.
  • Create reports on customer and campaign performance to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Oversee data extraction, analysis, and dashboard creation using GA4, BigQuery, and Looker to provide real-time insights.
  • Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A background in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
