Learning Support Specialist for SEN Students

The Learning Support Specialist will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring students with special needs receive the support they require to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, adapting instruction to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans, promoting accessibility and equity in the learning environment.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, informing future planning and decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field, with a focus on supporting students with special needs.
- At least two years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably with students who have special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
- A highly competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
