Operational Data Systems Administrator/Analyst

Job Summary

The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a skilled Operational Data Systems Administrator/Analyst to join their team. This temporary 12-month position is based at Service Headquarters and focuses on managing and developing the Community Fire Risk Management Information System (CFRMIS), operational mobile data, and other operational data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality management of the process, data support, and liaison with user requirements, system issues, and external organisations.
• Develop workflow and data verification facilities to ensure the accuracy of operational risk data.
• Collaborate with representatives of external organisations, including system suppliers, to address system issues and user requirements.

Requirements

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week with flexible hours in line with the Service's flexi-time scheme. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
