Job Overview

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior SHE Advisor to join our client's team in Reading. As a key member of the Programme Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the design and build of a state-of-the-art facility meets the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SHE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build the facility, ensuring SHE considerations are integrated into every stage of the project
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on SHE best practices and procedures
  • Develop and maintain SHE documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Programme Management, Construction, and Building Services
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
