The role of the Project Manager – Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:

  1. Project Manager position dealing with various commercial glazing systems such as: windows, doors, curtain walling, solar shading, atriums, roofs, canopies, and bespoke glazing.
  2. Review and interpret project specifications and designs to gain a full understanding of projects.
  3. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Resourcing required labour for projects.
  5. Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements.
  6. Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents.
  7. Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise.
  8. Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
  9. Attend site meetings where required.
  10. Managing projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £1,500,000.

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Aluminium Windows & Doors with:

  1. Must have Project Management experience within the fenestration market sector.
  2. Ideally experienced in commercial glazing systems such as: windows, doors, curtain walling, solar shading, atriums, roofs, canopies, and bespoke glazing.
  3. Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
  4. Must be confident in resolving any project-related queries in a professional manner.
  5. IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  6. CSCS, SMSTS / SSSTS.
  7. Full UK driving license.
  8. Strong leadership skills.
  9. Effective time management and organisational skills.
