Technical Support Role

We are currently recruiting a Technical Support professional to join our team at Dominion Training.

Key Duties
  1. Identify and resolve computer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain and upgrade our computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Create and manage content for our website, social media, and email newsletters.
Requirements

A minimum of £28,000 per annum salary is expected for this role. Candidates should possess excellent technical skills, as well as experience working with vulnerable clients and promoting wellbeing. A strong background in IT Support is also essential.
