About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a secure environment, providing mental health services to patients referred into our care. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments, managing a caseload, and providing advice on treatment options and initiating supportive care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and manage a caseload of patients referred into Mental Health services
  • Provide expert advice on treatment options and initiate supportive care plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
