Role Overview

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a range of environmental and H&S projects across major global clients, UK government, and UK infrastructure and urban regeneration projects.
  • Assist in the delivery of project-related tasks and work as part of wider project teams undertaking environmental desk studies and site surveys.
  • Develop your knowledge and practical skills through on-the-job learning and collaboration with other disciplines.
Requirements
  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
