Deputy Manager Opportunity at Peverel Court Care

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager with a clinical background to support the delivery of exceptional elderly care in our award-winning care home.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be expected to meet financial objectives by maximising service efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the care home is compliant with CQC standards and regulations
  • Meet financial objectives by maximising service efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure the premises and care home are 'fit for purpose' with regard to the home's aims and objectives
  • Carry out normal duties as required in the job description for a Registered General Nurse
  • Assist the Registered Manager in their principal duties and areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Previous Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead experience
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
