We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Buyer to join our dynamic team at Nupharm, a leading provider of branded medicines across Europe. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving excellence in purchasing and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support relationships with suppliers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings and site visits.">
• Negotiate and purchase from approved suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and stock criteria are met.">
• Actively seek out and research new products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.">
• E nsure all purchasing activities adhere to current procedures, with a focus on system housekeeping and administrative excellence.">
• Work closely with various departments to resolve stock queries, manage missed sales, and support site-specific requirements.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring a rich skill set and unique experiences. Advanced skills in Excel are crucial for managing complex data and reports effectively. A degree in a relevant discipline, while desirable, is complemented by your practical experience in purchasing and supplier management. Your understanding of community pharmacy operations will be a distinct advantage. Exceptional communication skills are vital for your role, enabling effective negotiation and relationship management. You'll demonstrate a strong ability to plan, organize, and work within tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task.
