**Job Summary**:
Working with the Head of Marketing, the Creative Marketing Executive will join a small team of others to produce a range of content marketing material to support our strategy to reach multiple customer personas, on all channels, at all stages of the buyer journey.

Photography, videography, web design, graphic design, social media, ads—everything is made by our team which also develops our marketing strategies. We're on the lookout for a Creative Marketing Executive to join us so we can continue developing marketing campaigns that reinforce our brand reputation.

We're looking for someone who can run with a brief and think outside the box to produce something perfect for our brand identity and target demographic. We'll give you creative freedom and want to hear your ideas, too. We need a visually-driven person to help us continue our trajectory as a leading UK healthcare supplier and our goal to become a medical industry household name.

This is a combined marketing / content creator / designer role. Design is a central priority in much of our marketing work, so interest and experience in creative design are essential. We need to see demonstrable skills in creative work and experience using Adobe Creative Suite to consider you for this role.

We'll provide on-the-job training, so a relevant qualification isn't necessary. Don’t worry if you don’t have previous job experience in design. If you don’t have experience in video, we’ll provide it. If you don’t have experience in creating landing pages, we’ll provide it. But we need to know you have the basic digital design skills and a mind for visual creative work to build on.

**While this is a combined role, we don’t have unrealistic expectations. We are a well-established, in-house employer. We don’t expect you to undertake three jobs for the price of one, only aspects of three roles when required. We will always ensure your workload is balanced and manageable and prioritise work you enjoy and excel at.**

**Day to Day Duties**:

- Updating the website by adding and editing content, designing and creating pages using page builders, and general housekeeping.
- Designing, creating, and managing various aspects of online and offline marketing campaigns as part of the wider team.
- Creating print marketing material, including brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
- Managing social media accounts by creating posts, designing graphics, scheduling posts and managing engagement.
- Filming and editing videos.
- Shooting and editing photos, mainly product photography.
- Helping to manage our online and offline ads. Designing ad creatives.
- General marketing housekeeping and admin when required.
