About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. As a leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring the efficient running of the practice, and driving business growth. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality services, improve patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management of the practice team, including appraisals and performance management.
  • Supporting the clinical team to achieve NHS and Private objectives.
  • Managing costs effectively and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Reviewing business reports to ensure efficient and profitable running of the practice.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Dental Practice Management experience, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • Prior experience of managing business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing profit and loss.
