We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business in Loughborough, reporting directly to our Market Area Director. This is a rare opportunity to maximise the centre's full potential on all revenue streams, become a leader in customer experience, and build strong OEM relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business, aligning with the growth plan.
- Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviours, building a culture and environment for your team to succeed.
- Control site cash flow, stocks, and assets to achieve a satisfactory return on investment.
- Formulate retailer policies in compliance with Legal and Brand Partner standards, ensuring efficient risk assessment and audit processes.
- Lead your people, holding them accountable to company values, incorporating impactful monthly reviews, team briefs, and performance management practices.
Requirements
- A proven track record in a similar role, preferably with a prestigious brand.
- Strong leadership capability, able to communicate vision, gain buy-in, and develop and coach others.
- Curiosity about innovations in the external market and competitor landscape, with a passion for cars and learning about the automotive industry.
- A commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, owning and influencing your P&L while understanding Plc Corporate constraints.
- Possession of a full EU driving licence.
