Job Overview



We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business in Loughborough, reporting directly to our Market Area Director. This is a rare opportunity to maximise the centre's full potential on all revenue streams, become a leader in customer experience, and build strong OEM relationships.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business, aligning with the growth plan.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviours, building a culture and environment for your team to succeed.
  3. Control site cash flow, stocks, and assets to achieve a satisfactory return on investment.
  4. Formulate retailer policies in compliance with Legal and Brand Partner standards, ensuring efficient risk assessment and audit processes.
  5. Lead your people, holding them accountable to company values, incorporating impactful monthly reviews, team briefs, and performance management practices.


Requirements


  • A proven track record in a similar role, preferably with a prestigious brand.
  • Strong leadership capability, able to communicate vision, gain buy-in, and develop and coach others.
  • Curiosity about innovations in the external market and competitor landscape, with a passion for cars and learning about the automotive industry.
  • A commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, owning and influencing your P&L while understanding Plc Corporate constraints.
  • Possession of a full EU driving licence.
