Job Title: General Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service provision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
* Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
* Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
* Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

**Requirements:**

* Ideally have experience working within Education catering.
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic.
* Have excellent organization skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Possess great customer service skills.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
