Job Title: General Assistant

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks to students and staff, adhering to established menus and recipes.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the front-of-house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
* Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to prevent contamination and maintain food safety.
* Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
* Provide excellent customer service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
* Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

**Requirements**

* Ideally, have experience working within Education catering.
* Possess good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Be flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused, and a team player.
* Demonstrate excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
