At Entain, we're revolutionizing the sports betting and gaming industry, and we're looking for a talented Cloud Platform Architect to lead our cloud system design activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review cloud system architectures to ensure high performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code objectives to streamline our cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage automation initiatives for cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and DevOps deployment.
  • Maintain and operate platform components and tools, monitoring availability, latency, and system health.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and de-risk development activities.
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and the ability to implement and optimize cloud architectures.
  • Experience with AWS best practices, including the Well-Architected Framework.
  • Strong experience with monitoring tools and providing observability and monitoring for product engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
