Job Description:
  • As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments within ENGINEERINGUK to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and completion of a DBS check.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
