Key Responsibilities

  • Complete OT assessments for individuals discharged to short-term beds from the acute hospital, facilitating a timely return home
  • Provide expert advice and assessments for equipment and home modifications, recommending adaptations as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the community
  • Manual handling experience and HCPC registration
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB certification and eligibility to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive free onsite parking and opportunities for additional training within the authority.
