Executive Assistant to CEO

A reputable charity based in Birmingham is seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, including diary management, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and liaising with external bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management and travel arrangements
- Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Liaise with external bodies, including stakeholders and suppliers
- Manage the CEO's email and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute board packs and other documents
- Support with governance of the charity, including inducting new trustees and providing relevant information for audits
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
