Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

A reputable charity based in Birmingham is seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, including diary management, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and liaising with external bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management and travel arrangements
  • Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Liaise with external bodies, including stakeholders and suppliers
  • Manage the CEO's email and correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute board packs and other documents
  • Support with governance of the charity, including inducting new trustees and providing relevant information for audits

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
