We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Development Manager to join our team in Seal Solutions Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of products to clients in Northern Ireland and surrounding areas.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets (€45,000 - €60,000 per annum).
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS THROUGH TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ADVICE ON PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND APPLICATIONS.
- PROMOTING OUR RANGE OF SEALANTS, FAÇADE SOLUTIONS, AND FIRE PRODUCTS TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS, NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS AND CLOSING SALES DEALS.
- MONITORING MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, COLLABORATING WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO DEVELOP PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND CAMPAIGNS.
- A minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business.
- EXPERIENCE IN SPECIFICATION SALES AND DELIVERING PRESENTATIONS WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL.
- STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS AND APPLICATIONS.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
- SELF-MOTIVATED, WITH A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO IDENTIFYING AND PURSUING SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
- A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
