Job Title: Regional Operational Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Operational Support Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our Operational Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of our Patient Care services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an interview booking calendar for each Operational Site within the region.
  • Attend weekly calls with Operational Managers to provide updates on onboarding progress and identify barriers to progression.
  • Take part in internal and external audits to provide evidence and information to support the process.
  • Attend training events to maintain knowledge and skills necessary for the role.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of general education.
  • Experience working within an administrative setting.
  • Knowledge of NEPT services is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
