We are seeking an experienced Industrial Contract Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a £30m Industrial project under NEC Contract.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience with another main contractor and a strong understanding of NEC contract principles. They will also have excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills, as well as being highly motivated and ambitious.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary up to £86,000 + benefits, including Car allowance + travel + health care + discretionary bonus, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and progression.
