We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Houseparent in our Sixth Form Boarding House.

About the Role

As a Deputy Houseparent, you will play a key role in providing a strong support network for our pupils, working closely with the Houseparent and other members of the pastoral care team.

You will be responsible for supervising, encouraging, and motivating staff, as well as mentoring and supporting pupils in the house.

Deputising for the Houseparent in their absence, you will assist in the smooth running of the House, coordinating and prioritising work schedules, and delegating effectively to the team.

Requirements
