About the Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced associate dentist to join our team in Southampton as a mentor for overseas qualified / GDC registered dentists. The role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and mentoring, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build your private income.



What We Offer



  • A full-time role with flexible working hours, including option for private work on Saturdays
  • A generous relocation package worth £20,000 to support your move to the South Coast
  • An annual UDA contract between 6,000 - 7,000 UDAs, allowing you to decide on your workload

Your Skills and Experience


We are looking for an associate dentist with at least 5 years of NHS experience in general practice, holding an active performer number and meeting the criteria for mentoring by the NHS. Your expertise and passion for mentoring will be essential in supporting our overseas qualified dentists.
