Solutions Driven is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in the Aerospace and Defence manufacturing space. This role will interface with customers and distributors, handling and managing lead distribution, data requests, quotations, liaison with bid teams, order entry process, order acknowledgments, backlog reconciliation, and RMA escalation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordination with Sales Operations of Business Units, Strategic Accounts Managers, Technology Office, and Systems Architects.
  • Data integrity of Salesforce content, highlighting inconsistencies.
  • Supporting Strategic Accounts Managers in verifying new opportunities to ensure they are created correctly in CRM and regularly updated.
  • Maintaining relationships with other Business Units and company functions to delight customers and ensure rapid business closure.
  • Delivering customer quotes for products and building robust follow-up processes.
  • Responsible for sales document storage.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial/Administration an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales and/or business development positions.
  • Experience working with Aerospace Primes, Tier 1 (military and commercial), or high reliability industries.
  • CRM and dashboard experience, data management, especially Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Fluent English required, additional languages advantageous.
