Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-profile projects and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.
As a Senior Ecologist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including heritage, renewable energy, residential, leisure, and minerals. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the outcome.

Requirements- Relevant professional ecological experience, ideally including at least three years full-time experience working in ecological consultancy.
- Experience of a range of botanical surveys, including habitat condition assessments.
- Knowledge and understanding of the planning system and current and evolving wildlife policy and legislation.
- Effective project management and client liaison skills.
- Enthusiasm for ecology and the environment in the UK.
- The desire to promote high professional standards in ecology.
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
