Key responsibilities include ensuring site safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as maintaining a safe delivery of service.

Essential requirements include emergency first aid training, SWQR Unit LA, Unit O1, Unit O2, Unit O3, SA006 (safe working in Civils), Q021 (duct laying 1), Q020/DB1- (duct blockage), Q019 (core drilling), Q013 (box building), and K008 (hand rodding in the UG network).
