Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to assist in developing and delivering our sports service team. This role will involve working closely with the Active Schools and Community Club Development Coordinator to promote and develop community-based sports initiatives.

About Us:

Sportscotland is the national agency for sport, responsible for investing in Scotland's sports system to ensure that everyone can participate, achieve and enjoy sport throughout their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the development and delivery of community-based sports initiatives
  • To work closely with the Active Schools and Community Club Development Coordinator to promote and develop community-based sports initiatives
  • To provide administrative support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for working with young people and communities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
