**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at The Recruitment Contact Ltd.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CONDUCT DAILY COLD CALLS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS
  2. DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS TO ENSURE HIGH-LEVELS OF SATISFACTION AND RETENTION
  3. WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CLIENT DELIVERY TEAM TO UNDERSTAND CLIENT NEEDS AND DEVELOP TAILORED SOLUTIONS

Requirements:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL CLIENT ACQUISITIONS AND RETENTION
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES
  • SELF-MOTIVATED AND TARGET-ORIENTED WITH A RESULTS-DRIVEN APPROACH TO WORK

Salary and Benefits:

  • A BASIC SALARY OF £26,000-£30,000 ALONGSIDE A COMMISSION STRUCTURE WITH OTE OF £50,000+ IN YEAR 1
