This role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with relationship management, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their cutting-edge platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

With recent expansion into the US market and successful deployment across multiple territories, they're entering an exciting growth phase. As their Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the construction industry, working with some of the largest construction companies globally.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading customer onboarding processes and developing implementation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while serving as their trusted adviser for platform adoption
  • Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively identifying opportunities for expanded platform usage
  • Collaborating with product teams to channel customer feedback into product development
  • Creating and executing customer success plans that align with clients' business objectives
  • Conducting regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Driving product adoption through training sessions and best practice sharing
  • Managing renewal processes and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operational experience within the construction space (Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineer etc.)
  • 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and explain complex solutions
  • Experience with customer success tools and methodologies
  • Construction industry knowledge or experience with enterprise software implementation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field
