Commercial Sales Director

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum. Our benefits package includes a company pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, health & wellbeing programme, and on-site parking.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our offline commercial sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives by channel and identifying growth opportunities.
• Setting and communicating clear sales targets and goals, and monitoring sales metrics to make informed decisions.
• Overseeing sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensuring efficient use of sales tools and CRM systems to track performance and customer interactions.
• Ensuring pricing strategies and processes are followed to deliver desired margins.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders and representing the company at industry events.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, as well as recruiting, training, and developing sales personnel.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L. They should also be strategically thinking, commercially minded, and astute, with a knowledge and interest in creating and implementing sales strategies. An awareness of and interest in motorsports would be beneficial.
