RGE Services Ltd seeks a skilled Fire Safety Contract Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of contract management principles and be able to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position

This is a key role that involves managing fire contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and taking a proactive approach to achieve excellent results.

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily execution of reactive and preventive maintenance services under fire contracts.
  2. Acquire necessary materials for the contract, guaranteeing timely delivery and superior quality service.
  3. Maintain compliance with laws and regulations, including fire safety regulations.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Detailed understanding of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent presentation, leadership, and management skills.
