Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team at Methods. As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the client's business needs
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements
- Develop architectural blueprints for ServiceNow solutions
- Assess new ServiceNow features and modules for suitability
- Establish governance policies and best practices for ServiceNow configurations
- Define and oversee integration strategy for ServiceNow and other systems
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap and value realisation plan
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Create and oversee internal mentoring and training programs
- Implement coding and configuration standards
- Support the sales cycle and provide thought leadership to strategic accounts
- Attain and maintain relevant ServiceNow certifications
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
