Job Duties:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
  • Assisting students with learning tasks
  • Supervising students in the classroom and during breaks
  • Helping to create and maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in education or child development are desirable
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of child development principles
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with students

As an Educational Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance to teachers in delivering educational activities. You will also assist students with learning tasks and supervise them in the classroom and during breaks.

This role requires a minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths. Previous experience working with children or young people is also essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess additional qualifications in education or child development. This will enable them to provide high-quality support to students and teachers alike.

In terms of knowledge and skills, the successful candidate will have an understanding of child development principles. They must be able to work well in a team and possess patience and empathy when working with students.

The working conditions for this role include part-time hours and a temporary position. You will work within a school environment and have the opportunity to support students in their educational journey.

We offer competitive pay rates, which include £95-£110 per day. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
