Unlocking Depot Potential

Alstom is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the design, implementation, and management of depot improvement projects. As a key member of our team, you will drive continuous improvement in depot infrastructure, safety standards, and digital integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project governance and act as a liaison between facilities and operations teams.
  • Drive the design, installation, and implementation of depot improvements projects.
  • Manage new and improved depot implementation projects to enhance production efficiency, cost control, quality, and safety.
  • Represent the Service Site Management as advisor for all issues relating to environmental control and facility operational status.
  • Support site development plans in relation to layout of depot infrastructure and 5S Offices.
  • Propose areas for improvement at the site to the Management team with justified business case, costings, and delivery plan.
  • Manage front and back-end projects of digitization implementation across the site.
  • Support with hardware and software integration and application.
  • Govern accident, close calls reporting, investigations, and improvements.
  • Support with Safety and Environmental Audits/Inspections.
  • Manage Operations APSYS and Depot 5S Performance.

Requirements:

  • HNC (or recognized equivalent) in a relevant engineering or project management field.
  • Technical experience and expertise in mechanical and electrical infrastructure maintenance techniques and principles.
  • Strong EHS knowledge, local legislation, and environmental standards.
  • IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Project Management.
