About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a setting consistently rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. You will be part of a warm, collaborative, and enthusiastic team, working closely with other early years professionals to maintain high standards of teaching and care.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will create stimulating and interactive environments that encourage exploration and learning, supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as early literacy and numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based lessons that meet the needs of all children.
  • Create interactive and engaging learning environments that promote exploration and discovery.
  • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as early literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Work closely with other early years professionals to maintain high standards of teaching and care.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, regularly updating them on their child's progress.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience in early years education is desirable, but newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.
  • Full-time availability (5 days a week).
  • A passion for early childhood development and education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
