We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for agricultural machinery and sales.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and selling a range of premium brand agricultural machinery from CLAAS and other key franchises. They will work closely with farmers and contractors to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and sell premium brand agricultural machinery to farmers and contractors
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the CLAAS Academy to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in a sales role
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of modern farming and contracting practices
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + OTE
