Graphic Designer Opportunity

MCG Talent is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our Creative Director and Art Director in creating captivating visual experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design stunning graphics that bring events to life, from large-scale walls and banners to digital elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute through creative research and development of inspiration boards, mock-ups, and other visual aids.
  • Proactively identify execution approaches and techniques to visually capture and represent the project's creative narrative.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Art Directors to discover opportunities to amplify the character of a place and convey the brand's identity in imaginative and compelling ways.
  • Execute custom design elements for event collateral, including digital activations, stage backdrops, wall graphics, booth design, banners, signage, invites, and registration sites.
  • Develop a strong story and cohesive visual style for each project, guiding the graphic development of individual elements forward.
  • Conceptualize and design 2D environmental graphics and dimensional exhibits, displays, and interior features.
  • Create environmental graphics, branding, and sponsorship materials for a diverse range of experiential projects.

MCG Talent offers a relocation package for the right candidate, and the successful Graphic Designer will be based in Dubai.
