Job Overview

MCG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our Creative and Art Directors in creating captivating visual experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate creative concepts into stunning graphics that bring events to life.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of inspiration boards, mock-ups, and other creative materials.
  • Identify innovative approaches to visually represent the project's narrative and collaborate with the Creative and Art Directors to amplify the brand's identity.
  • Design custom elements for event collateral, including digital activations, stage backdrops, wall graphics, and other visual elements.
  • Develop a cohesive visual style for each project, guiding the graphic development of individual elements.
  • Conceptualize and design 2D environmental graphics, dimensional exhibits, displays, and interior features.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a diverse range of experiential projects.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and experience in creating visual experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
