Veterinary Clinical Director Opportunity in Lancashire

Town and Country Vets, a first opinion small animal veterinary group based in Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors & Whalley, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join their team. This exciting role offers a unique blend of clinical and managerial responsibilities, providing the successful candidate with a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.
About the RoleThe Clinical Director will be responsible for leading the clinical team, shaping the business, and working closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor staff. The role involves consultations, surgery, and patient care, as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team and contribute to the development of clinical strategies
- Provide high-quality patient care and consultative services
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor staff
- Participate in the rota system, including Saturdays, with opportunities for flexibility and work-life balance

- An estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience
- 6.6 weeks' annual leave, plus your birthday off
